FAQ

How do I return a product?

If you are unhappy with your purchase or it has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange. To make a return: Items must be either unopened or unused.  Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.  Please reach out to us.

Are any of your products gluten free?

Yes.  We make sure that every ingredient that goes into our product do not contain gluten of any sort.

Are any products keto friendly?

At the moment, no.  We do use very little sugar in them but we do have plans on making them diabetic and keto friendly in the future.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipments are sent via USPS.  Every product has been weighed prior and stored within our database. The shipping is determined by total weight by USPS in real time, which then determines the cost.  Please allow 3-6 days for shipping.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday, 0800-1700.  We are closed for major holidays.  Any orders placed on Fridays after 1700 will be fulfilled and mailed, the following business day.
